5 Tips to be Stress Free

stressed out? follow my 5 tips…

1. Read
read fiction and let the fantasy spread magic on you. Read anything from your favorite author or anything random. Just spend quality time in good things

2. Move
Make sure to move your body for atleast 30 minutes per day. It can be swimming in the pool, stretching, exercising, cycling, or simple as just walking down the street

3. Get outdoors
extremely important thing to do is Getting outside, breathing fresh air, relaxing, having your bare feet on grass, sand, or dirt. It has done wonders for many many people.

4. Play
Play something, and enjoy to the fullest. Spend time playing any game you like, like playing cards, or outdoor sports like frisbee :p

5. Eat
After moving alot, and playing for quiet a few time, don’t forget to take your food on right time. Food is also good thing when you are under stress, don’t you ever forget to have your food. It’s one of the most important thing. Specially for me.
